CURRENT MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS

PROCESS ENGINEERS
 *Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering
 *Belongs to an engineering arm of present or past company
(process innovation, design works,  trouble shooting, etc.)
 *Has experience working with engineering contractors
 *Preferably has knowledge in P&ID or design equipment
 *Experience to lead a project team is an advantage
 *Applicants from other industries (manufacturing, semicon, etc.)
   are welcome to apply.

CIVIL ENGINEERS
 *Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
 *With at least three (3) years work experience in foundation
 or steel design using STAAD Pro, X-Steel and other 3D
 engineering tools
 *Must be knowledgeable in Autocad and MS-Excel operations
 *Must have background in PDS operation

PIPING ENGINEERS
*Graduate of any Engineering course preferably Mechanical.
*With at least three (3) years work experience in developing 3D design model for oil and gas equipments namely: pumps, heat exchangers, drums, columns and other related equipment facilities.
*Ability to read P&ID and interpret data sheets, engineering drawings & vendor drawings is necessary.
*Knowledge in piping design & piping layout or arrangement would be an advantage.

FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEERS
* Graduate of BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* With at least five (5) years work experience in any  engineering
   field.
 *Capable of preparing and reviewing fire and gas detection /
   protection design
 *Capable of preparing fire & gas block diagram,  cause  & effect
   matrix, fire protection system specification and fire fighting water
   and gas extinguishing system P&ID.
 *Familiarity with National Fire Protection Association standards
   (NFPA) is an advantage.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS
*Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering course.
*With at least three (3) years work experience in engineering design and construction of petrochemical related buildings/facilities.
*Must be able to prepare Basic and Detailed Design Engineering for building electrical that includes preparation of drawings, calculations, specs, material requisitions and BOQ.
*Willing to be assigned in overseas project site.

QA/ QC ENGINEERS
  *Graduate of any BS Engineering course
  *With at least five (5) years work experience in QA/QC 
   activities preferably  in Mechanical inspection in either
   construction or maintenance in oil refinery, gas plants and
   petrochemicals
  *Must be proficient in using MS Office applications
  *Must possess good oral and written communication skills
  *Willing to be assigned in project site locations.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER – COMPRESSORS AND TURBINES

COMPRESSORS

With extensive experience in design and application of centrifugal, reciprocating, rotary equipment and air compressors.
Good knowledge of known compressor Vendor's capabilities and products.
Well-versed in common API standards for compressors and its auxiliaries (i.e. API 617, API 618, API 619, API 614, etc.).
Capable of compressor type and model selection (the later in collaboration with Vendor) based on available process conditions.
Good knowledge of compressor system instrumentation and controls (i.e., types of process control, load sharing, anti-surge systems, etc.).
Well-versed on common compressor auxiliary systems (including associated equipment, controls and instrumentation) such as lube and seal oil systems, dry gas seal system, cooling/heating systems, gear boxes, etc.
Capable of selection and evaluation of common compressor drivers such as electric motors, steam turbines and gas turbines.

TURBINES

With extensive experience in the design and application of gas and steam turbines.
Good knowledge of known turbine Vendor's capabilities and products.
Well-versed in common API standards for turbines (i.e. API 611, API 612, API 616, etc.).
Capable of turbine type and model selection (the later in collaboration with Vendor) based on driven-equipment requirements and available plant utilities.
Good knowledge of turbine system instrumentation and controls (i.e. turbine speed control, etc.),turbine auxiliary systems (including associated equipment, controls and instrumentation) such as lube and seal oil systems, starting system (vfd, hydraulic), fuel gas preparation system, etc.
Good knowledge in the design of gas turbine exhaust and air intake
systems, and in the international requirements of gas turbine emission
controls and regulations.

Requirements:
With solid experience in design and application of centrifugal, reciprocating, rotary, air compressors and gas and steam turbines.  Desired experience level is 15-20 years. 
Experience level less than the desired number of years subject to evaluation.
With solid experience in the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Industries.
Have worked on a huge turbine-compressor package.
Have extensive know-how of turbine and compressor safety requirements including fire protection and leak detection.
Capable of economic evaluation of an equipment package for overall cost and operational value.
Can perform all subsequent engineering work after purchase such as Vendor documents/drawings review, shop testing and inspection, installation and start-up.
Able to meet the requirements of the project team (i.e. coordination and providing information) with regards to the equipment system being handled.
Can support and participate in optimization of existing plant systems employing turbomachineries.
Have experience with other rotating equipment (i.e. pumps, blowers, fans, etc.) and capable of coaching junior engineers.

Filipinos preferred but other nationals willing and able to work in the Philippines will also be considered
