hi.this is the exact error that i receive high lighted....Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

i tried to do a password reset but also having an error...Your password reset request failed because a User with the specified username and e-mail address could not be found..

but i receive notifications everytime  i get reply from the post and that's where i access the account at the moment.it just started this morning.tks.

try to clear your cookies sa browser na ginagamit mo then try mo ulit, kapag ayaw pa din you reset ko ulit kung kailangan.

already cleared browsing history or cookies but still the same problem.tks


--I am the one posting using your account--(this is spurblade)--just change the password again. There is no problem with the account itself because I did not encounter any problem trying to login. Please check for spybot or irregular security firewall setup on your pc that may be doing your login problems. If anyone is encountering any same problem at this moment, please notify thru this post. hi spurblade....was able to change the password earlier but getting the same error and was doing another password change as per your post advice i'm getting this error.......An Error Has Occurred!
User does not exist......checked my laptop no firewall problems.....pls help.tks.

hi spur, i have tried 3 different computers and several search engines like ie,mozilla,google chrome and opera but still getting the same error.would it be possible that it's a conflict between my two accounts with same details but of different email adds used?although i no longer know the other account.

no, that should not be an issue. It may probably be your isp. There's one more thing to do, either try another isp or try in on a cybercafe if you have something like it in your area.

i'll try another isp to confirm.i haven't had problems since creating an account, twas only after about 3 days.no cybercafe here near me but will keep you posted.for the meantime,i'll use the email notification to browse.tks.

May nire-recruit na naman akong bago from another site dito sa atin. Kasi kapag may nagtatanong at walang sumasagot ay sinasabi kong magpasyal dito sa atin sa sabungero.com at maraming makakatulong.

Nagkaroon ako ng ng chance na mag-logon as guest ng nasa labas ako sa internet cafe at sa itaas pala nito ay may section para mag-sign in or register na hindi natin nakikita dahil fanatics na tayo hehehe.
