GOOD DAY....Kuya ben kamusta ka na po? C bobot po i2 kapitbahay ni kuya pol sa taytay....
musta na bobot..balita na sa u KAMUSTA PO SA LAHAT [/quo te] Magandang umaga po kuya Ben kamusta na po kayo jan? Ok naman po ble kakilala ko din po c sir eric...ang gaganda ng mga manok mo kuya Ben pwede po ba ko makahiram? hehehe..joke lang po!!!  |

Suspected cockfighting operation busted in south county

OROVILLE — The Butte County Sheriff's Office arrested three people near Oroville Wednesday morning on suspicion of promoting and staging cockfights.
Randall "Speedy" Gonzales, 60, his wife Ruby Gonzales, 58, and Edmond Rosario, 50, identified as a migrant worker, were taken into custody on property locally known as "Rancho Gonzales."
Information supplied by the Humane Society of the United States helped lead authorities to the illegal operation, which reportedly has ties to international cockfighting interest.
A search warrant served on property turned up 300 roosters, dozens of firearms and several international cockfighting magazines.
According to a press release from the ****, the operation appeared to breed, train, sell and fight gamecocks.
Randall Gonzales was charged with possession of gamecocks for fighting, cruelty to animals and possession of fighting bird equipment. Ruby Gonzales was charged with possessing gamecocks for fighting. Rosario was charged with possession of gamecocks for fighting. All three were booked into the Butte County Jail in Oroville.
Cockfighting is illegal in all fifty states. The Humane Society, that gave information leading to the raid, is offering rewards of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person involved in illegal animal fighting, Tipsters may call ***-***-**** (***-****).
The news was reported by TFC - abs-cbn in California.
The bad part of the news is the posting and inducement by H$US to report any illegal activities tied to illegal fighting of animals and receive 5,000.00 dollars (x 43=215,000.00 pesos, wow big money here) leading to arrest and conviction of person doing that activity and provided Tipsters to call a certain telephone number.
