Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is the natural product of fermenting crushed apples. Vinegar has been used as a health tonic for thousands of years for many different ailments. Apple Cider Vinegar Uses
Several studies have found that vinegar -- including apple cider vinegar -- may lower blood sugar levels. This could have benefits for people with diabetes. Some types of vinegar have also been shown to make people feel fuller. This could support the traditional use of apple cider vinegar for weight loss.
Animal and laboratory studies have found evidence that apple cider vinegar might help lower cholesterol and blood pressure, improve heart health, and slow the growth of some cancer cells. However, this research is only in its early stages. It’s too soon to say whether the same results will be seen in people. Apple Cider Vinegar Dose and Instructions for Use
Because apple cider vinegar is an unproven treatment, there are no official recommendations on how to use it. Some people take 2 teaspoons a day of apple cider vinegar mixed in a cup of water or juice. Tablets with 285 mg of dehydrated apple cider vinegar are also commonly sold. Apple Cider Vinegar Food Sources
Apple cider vinegar is itself sold as a food. Apple Cider Vinegar Supplement Information
Apple cider vinegar is sold as a liquid, tablet, or capsule. Because it’s very acidic, liquid apple cider vinegar should always be diluted with water or juice before swallowed. Apple cider vinegar is also sometimes applied to the skin or used in enemas. The safety of these treatments is unknown.
Some recent lab analyses of different brands of apple cider vinegar tablets found that many don’t actually contain the amount of apple cider vinegar listed on the packaging. To make sure that you’re getting the full benefits, you might want to stick with actual apple cider vinegar instead of tablet or pill supplements. Apple Cider Vinegar Warnings Side effects. Taking small amounts of apple cider is probably safe. But larger doses, or long-term use, of apple cider vinegar could have risks. Taking apple cider vinegar at full strength could erode the enamel of the teeth and burn the mouth and throat. Risks. Women with osteoporosis should be wary of apple cider vinegar. Used regularly, apple cider vinegar could reduce bone density. Because it can alter insulin levels, people with diabetes should not use apple cider vinegar without telling their doctors first. Interactions. People taking laxatives, diuretics, and medicines for heart disease and diabetes should check with a doctor before using apple cider vinegar supplements.

chlorine is mixed in the drinking water which can be done on a daily basis for a week and another week fresh water for interval but can be done daily.this research was done on the poultry farms and they found out that the chickens were healthier compared to using antibiotics.when they opened two healthy fowls one being treated with antibiotics when sick and the other just chlorinated water daily, they found out that on antibiotics the liver is swollen while on chlorinated water it is of normal size.cheers.

I read that is true, adding chlorox or sunrox (in pinas) to drinking water. How much to add Bro Jas?
Thanks, jaypee

what we've used before is a weak solution for maintenance which is 1 cap of the solution into a bucket of water .if you want to use it once a week it could be 4 caps to 1 bucket for weekly flushing and you can use the excess solution to soak your feeders and waterers to clean them.

IMO as prepared by SuperMax : Making the Indigenous Microorganism: Basic Method 1. Cook rice or broken rice (binlud), cool and spread thinly about 1 inch thick in a tray. Cover with newspaper, tie well and place in a cool place, preferably in a bamboo clump or mahogany grove. Allow to ferment for 4 to 7 days to grow/ culture the beneficial microorganisms in the environment, probably lactobacilli, yeasts, molds and fungi; 2. Once fermented, measure volume, transfer to a wide-mouth jar, preferably glass or food grade plastic. Add equal amount or volume of brown sugar or molasses. Mix thoroughly and let stay for 3 days before using. 3. Use in poultry and animals daily. IMO will be effective for about 2 months after which you can use it as soil or plant spray especially when added to herbal mixture;

for probiotics, you can also use the lactobacillus which is pretty much available in the market.they were originally produced for animal consumption to promote good bacteria in their stomach but thru research and was found out that it is also good for human consumption.it can be mixed with the drinking water daily.yakult is an alternative but it only contain i guess only one strain, shirota strain while the somewhat like generic type some already contains 7 strains.cheers.
